I'm only stating that these work okay with Lunar Fallout. I recommend picking and choosing (especially from the quest/content mods) as they may conflict with each other. Special Note: This isn't a recommendation to run all of these at once. If you have a preferred mod that does something similar to what I have listed (like a ghoul texture overhaul) it should be safe to use. It's up to you to read through mod descriptions.
